Instead of comparing competing products for Application Portfolio Management feature by feature T-Systems, largest outsourcing provider in Germany, made a benchmark-test. Ten developers had to do perform the same change request to a medium size application. Nine developers needed in averaged three days for the change and ten days for debugging. The tenth developer with ITP-PANORAMA delivered the first at the bug-free result. ITP-PANORAMA was purchased immediately.
